The greatest collection of first editions

As we already reported, in recent times the Henryk Wieniawski Musical Society in Poznań has enriched its library with several first editions of Henryk Wieniawski’s works. Thanks to funds, obtained from The Ministry of Culture and National Heritage, thirteen first editions of different musical pieces were bought from a private collector. They were acutely examined by specialists before the purchase. It is presently the greatest collection of the first editions of Henryk Wieniawski’s works gathered together in one place.
