Aoi Saito



Aoi Saito was born in Tokyo and completed her master’s degree at the Berlin University of the Arts under Latica Honda-Rosenberg. She has been awarded at numerous competitions and festivals including the Michael Hill International Violin Competition (2023) in New Zealand and the Balik Prize from the Villars Music Academy. 

She has performed with orchestras such as the Geidai Philharmonia Orchestra and the Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra and performed at festivals including the Miyazaki International Music Festival. As a passionate chamber musician, she has been invited to the Ravinia Steans Music Institute, the Seiji Ozawa International Academy Switzerland, the Zermatt Music Festival Academy, the Villars Music Academy, and Chamber Lab Montecastelli, where she has collaborated with esteemed artists including Midori, Ettore Causa, and Boris Kusnezow. 

Since 2024, she has been a scholar of the Villa Musica Foundation and the Deutsche Stiftung Musikleben. She is currently pursuing her concert examination degree at Musikhochschule Lübeck in Germany under Daniel Sepec.
