Jooha Choi

She is an emerging violinist, rapidly gaining international recognition with her top prizes from competitions including Audience Award and 2nd prize from the 10th Munetsugu Angel International, Hong Kong GNA, and the 31st Korean Broadcasting System Symphony Competitions, 1st from the 62nd Dong-A and the 35th Busan Competitions, as well as Chair of Jury prize from the Osaka International Competition. Having the honor of winning top prizes from the competitions mentioned, she has appeared as soloist with numerous professional orchestras including NEC Chamber Orchestra, Central Aichi Symphony Orchestra, Hankyung Arte, Busan, Seongnam, and Seocho Philharmonic Orchestras. 

Her educational background includes Yewon School and Seoul Arts High School, where she was honored with the Unpa Lim Won-sik Award and the Musicians of the Year Award in 2023, and Seoul National University for Bachelor of Music Degree under the tutelage of Ju-Young Baek. She is currently pursuing her Master of Music degree at the New England Conservatory under the tutelage of Nicholas Kitchen.
