Julia-Xiaozhuo Wang

Born in 2007, she began her musical journey at the age of 3 when she started studying the violin. She moved to Vienna at the age of 12 to continue her study. 

In 2026 she was a prize winner as the youngest participant in the Michael Hill International Violin Competition, she was also the youngest prize winner at the Stuttgart International Violin Competition. She has been awarded 1st prize at the Grumiaux International Violin Competition, the top award at the Zhuhai Mozart International Competition, 2nd prize at the Cooper International Violin Competition, and third prize at the Wieniawski-Lipinski Violin Competition. 

She has also won awards as the youngest participant in several other international competitions, including the International Classical Strings Competition and the Karol Szymanowski&Heinrich Ernst International Violin Competition.

She has performed with orchestras, including the Stuttgart Philharmonic Orchestra, the Armenian State Symphony Orchestra, the Baden-Baden Philharmonic, the Salzburg Chamber Soloists, the ProMusica Orchestra, the Orchestra del 'Accademia d'Arte Arrigoni and the Wubian Chamber Orchestra.
