Sara Dragan

She is an award-winning violin soloist widely recognized for her virtuosity, expressive artistry, and compelling stage presence. She began studying the violin at the age of 7 under the guidance of her parents. She studied with Zakhar Bron at the Escuela Superior de Música Reina Sofía in Madrid and Karol Lipiński Academy of Music in Wrocław. Salvatore Accardo has described her as "one of the most interesting musicians of her generation", while Maxim Vengerov praised her "impeccable technique". 

She has won first prizes at more than 60 competitions, including the Princess Astrid International Music Competition, David Oistrakh International Violin Competition and the International Violin Competition in Honour of K. Lipiński and H. Wieniawski. 

She has performed with leading orchestras across Europe, Asia, and North America, collaborating regularly with internationally renowned conductors. She has appeared in major concert halls such as the Berlin Philharmonie, Walt Disney Concert Hall, Carnegie Hall, Auditorio Nacional de Música in Madrid, and the Konzerthaus Berlin. 

Together with Kenny Broberg, in 2025 she released a CD Godowsky: Timeless on the DUX label.
